There were still two more weeks until Ken's wife's wrist healed enough for her to resume her spanking duties, and Ken really tried his best to avoid any more spanking situations. But once more he had forgotten to complete some errands that Sarah had asked him to do and so once again he knew he was due for a spanking. However, this time there was another complication. Linda was out of town for a professional conference.
"Can't we just postpone things until your wrist heals, or at least until Linda comes back next week?" Ken asked hopefully.
"No, we cannot," Sarah said forcefully. "This tendency of yours to procrastinate is exactly what gets you into trouble. You can be spanked by either my mother or Liz. Or if you prefer, we can use some of the non-spanking punishments from the list Linda made. I'm dying to try figging."
Ken shuddered at this idea and quickly decided to choose spanking. "OK," he said. "Liz can spank me." (He couldn't believe he was saying this.) "But she doesn't even know you spank me. How are we going to spring this on her? And how do you know she will agree to do it?"
"Oh, I think she will do it all right," Sarah said. "You remember I told you about that conversation she and I had about spanking? She said she had never had the opportunity to try out her spanking fantasy. If I frame this just right I think she'll jump at the chance."
Ken shut up at that point, hoping that Sarah wouldn't insist that he be part of the conversation with Liz.
Sarah picked up the phone and called Liz. "Liz, remember when you told me to call you if I needed anything while my wrist heals? Well something has come up that I could your help with." There was a short pause, and then Sarah said, "Great. Then we'll see you in about half an hour."
Ken's head was spinning. This was all happening so fast. He never thought Sarah would call her on the spot. Or that she would invite her to come right over. This was not good. He was getting no time to get used to the idea of Liz spanking him.
Liz was eager to help out her friends Sarah and Ken so she hurried to their house and actually arrived in twenty minutes. Ken jumped at the sound of the doorbell. When he answered the door to let Liz in she asked, "What's going on, Ken? What do you need?"
Ken tried his best not to look flustered but wasn't very successful. "Sarah will explain," he stammered. "She's in the kitchen."
Liz hurried to the kitchen more puzzled and concerned than ever. Ken looked strange. Was everything all right between him and Sarah?
"So what's up, Sarah? Liz asked. "You know you can count on me for anything you need."
"That's great, Liz," said Sarah. "Sit down and let me explain."
Ken was not in the room but he could everything from his chair in the den.
